First Encounter with a Lost Tribe .
In 1976, explorer and researcher Jean-Pierre Dutilleux and his team came in contact with the Toulambis tribe of Papua New Guinea. It was the first time ever this tribe has been recorded, and also the first time any of the tribe came in contact with White men. There had been a similar scene in Ridley Scott's epic of Columbus' life, "1492", but this one is for real.
