☞  행복을 얻기 위한 12가지 방법

1... 좋아하는 일을 하라.
2... 즐겁게 행동하라.
     행복한 표정을 짓고 낙천주의자이며 외향적인 사람인 척 하라.
3... 가장 좋은 친구는 바로 자신이다.
     자책하거나 자신에게 불가능한 요구를 하지 마라.
4... 자신에게 작은 보상이나 선물을 함으로써 매일 현재를 살아라.
     그럴만해서 주는 것이 아니다.
     그렇게 하는 것이 좋기 때문에 주는 것이다.
5... 친구와 가족을 위해 시간과 노력을 투자하라.
6... 현재를 즐기라.
     문제가 발생하면 낙천적으로 생각하라.
     문제를 과장하지 말고 좌절하지 않으면 행복의 바탕이되는 중
     심을 찾을 수 있다.
7... 인생의 즐거움을 만끽하라.
8... 시간을 잘 관리하라.
     상위목표를 세우라.
     그리고 그 목표를 매일 매일 실천할 수 있는 작은 목표들로
     나누라.
     작은 목표들을 하나씩 달성하다 보면 어느새 시간을 잘 관리
     하는 즐거움을 맛볼 수 있을 것이다.
9... 스트레스와 역경을 헤쳐나갈 수 있는 나름의 방법을
     준비하라.
10... 음악을 들으라. 휴식과 자극을 동시에 느낄 수 있다.
11... 활동적인 취미를 가지라.
12... 자투리 시간을 생산적으로 활용하라.
