폭풍 강타 伊 북부 ‘쑥대밭’

The heavy storm that hit the northern Italian province of Treviso was made more destructive by the tornado that came with it.

강력한 폭풍이 이탈리아 북부 트레비소 지방을 강타했다. 토네이도가 함께 불어 닥쳐, 이번 폭풍의 위력은 더 파괴적이었다.

More than two dozen people were hurt. The high winds tore roofs from houses. Trees were uprooted and piles of debris filled the streets.

이로 인해 24명 이상이 부상했다. 세찬 바람으로 집의 지붕들이 뜯겨 나갔으며, 나무들이 뿌리째 뽑히고 잔해 더미들이 거리에 쌓였다.

More than 200 residents were forced to flee their homes. For some, the scale of destruction was hard to take in.

주민 200명 이상이 집을 떠나 대피해야 했다. 일부 주민들에게 피해 규모는 받아들이기 힘들 정도였다.

Italian authorities issued warnings as the major storm system threatened several regions.

The total bill for repairing the damage isn't yet known.

대형 폭풍이 몇몇 지역을 위협하자 이탈리아 당국은 경계경보를 내렸다. 전체 피해 복구비용이 얼마나 될지 아직 알려지지 않았다.
